Return & Refund Policy

At Peter Sung Design, Print and Displays, we are committed to delivering high-quality, custom-made products that meet the specifications approved by our clients. Our goal is to exceed your expectations in both service and quality.

Because all of our products are made to order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selection, or errors in approved artwork. We ask that all customers carefully review their product details and artwork proofs prior to approval.

Please note that colours displayed on screens may vary from final printed output due to differences in monitors, materials, and printing processes. If precise colour accuracy is essential, please provide Pantone (PMS) references prior to approval so we can match as closely as possible within technical limitations.

Plac Investments Pty Ltd, trading as Peter Sung Design, Print and Displays, will repair or replace any item that:

• Is not as described or does not match the final approved artwork (excluding accepted colour variations)

• Is faulty or damaged upon delivery

• Does not meet the specifications outlined in your confirmed order

Claims Process

If your product arrives faulty or does not meet expectations based on the approved artwork, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your goods. Email info@petersung.com with:

• Your invoice number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos showing the fault or concern

Once reviewed, we will respond promptly with a resolution.

Return & Repair Terms

Depending on when the issue is reported:

1. If notified within 7 days of receiving the goods:

• • We will arrange and cover return shipping (if required)

  • The product will be repaired or replaced at no cost to you

2. If notified after 7 days:

• • The customer is responsible for returning the goods to us

  • If a manufacturing fault is confirmed, we will repair or replace the product and return it at no cost

Liability Limitations

In the event of a warranty claim, Plac Investments Pty Ltd’s liability is strictly limited to the repair or replacement of the goods. We are not liable for any indirect costs or losses incurred by the customer, including but not limited to installation, removal, or business downtime.

We strongly recommend that all products are inspected upon delivery before any installation or use.

Refund Policy

Refunds are not offered for custom made products, custom printed products, graphic design services, web design services, or installation services.
