Exchange only available to our products (display hardwares).
Over payments will be reimbursed by Peter Sung Design on receipt of cleared funds. Please contact the accounts by email at accounts@petersung.com to arrange for the monies overpaid to be refunded to you.
Over Payment
If you have made a payment in excess of the amount due to Peter Sung Design “over payment” is deemed to have occurred.

Double Payment
If you have inadvertently paid an invoice twice, a “double payment” is deemed to have occurred.
Double payments will be reimbursed by Peter Sung Design on receipt of cleared funds. Please contact the accounts by email at accounts@petersung.com to arrange for the monies overpaid to be refunded to you.
Refunds back to the same account
All refunds made to customers must be made back to the account from where the money came.
For instance a double payment made by Credit Card will be reimbursed by the accounts department with a refund back to the same Credit Card.
