Window Frosting & Signage
We were approached by Monarch Mental Health Group to provide commercial window frosting, glass door signage, and a new logo applied to their existing pylon for their new consulting suites in Melbourne. With the practice due to open soon, the privacy frosting and signage needed to be completed within a tight timeframe. We worked quickly to deliver the installation ahead of their move-in, helping transform the newly fitted space into a private, professional, and welcoming environment for clients.
The BRIEF
Monarch Mental Health Group’s new consulting suites featured extensive glass partitioning throughout the fit-out — providing plenty of natural light, but also creating a need for greater privacy. Client sessions and consultations needed to be shielded from view while maintaining the bright, modern feel of the space.

The Solution
We installed new 1.8m-high frosted window film across the office’s glass partitions and exterior-facing windows, providing greater privacy for consulting offices while maintaining a clean and contemporary aesthetic. The existing windows featured a 30 cm-high strip of frosting, which first had to be carefully removed before the new, extended frosting could be installed. The increased coverage provides improved discretion throughout the consulting offices and client-facing areas while still allowing natural light to flow through the space.
To complete the space, we designed and applied custom vinyl branding directly onto the glass entry doors, featuring the Monarch Mental Health Group logo and clear suite numbering. This created a professional, cohesive entrance and made it easy for clients to identify the practice on arrival.
The Result
The completed space is calm, private and professionally branded, balancing natural light and openness with the level of confidentiality expected within a mental health practice. The combination of frosted glass and custom signage gives the new suites a polished finish while creating a welcoming and discreet environment for clients.
