CARBONLESS ORDER & INVOICE BOOKS.
The carbonless paper might be old school but it works and is widely used by Tradies and Sales rep for invoices, sale receipts, orders and job sheet where you want to give your customer a copy and keep a copy for yourself.
Our carbonless invoice books come in two sizes A4 (210mm x 297mm) and A5 (148mm x 210mm) and are bound by stapled or glued along the head with a wrap around cover. We supply 3 different types of NCR (no carbon required) stock all printed at 50-60gsm- Duplicate, Triplicate, and Quadruplicate. You also have the option to have your pages numbered with no extra cost.
We offer custom design Carbonless books designed to your specifications, our graphic designer will lay everything out as neat and simplify where possible; your logo, contact information, forms, fields and tick boxes sized and position in ways that it is easy to the eye whilst ensuring a nice flow for the person/s filling in the form.

Custom Design
Need a unique layout? We offer carbonless book setup at $40+gst. Simply provide us your logo and any image you wish to use and we'll put together a few layout options for you.
Hard Cover
There are 4 different hard cover colour available: Blue, Gray, Red and Green.
Perforated
Choose to have all your pages perforated or allocating which page perforated. Having your pages perforated makes it easy to tear.
Numbering
Sequential Numbering are often used as an Invoice or Quote number, and can be handy in terms of track your record. However this is optional.

DIGGING DEEP EARTHWORKS
Getting your custom design invoice book or job sheet book with us is as easy as 1,2,3. For instance Digging Deep Eartworks came to us to get some duplicate Invoice/Job Sheet book made up, provide us with a hand-drawn/written design with forms and tick boxes. Our designer then put everything together, using different fonts, highlighted headings and incorporating different size boxes to ensure a nice flow and at the same time sectioning information to help the person filling the form and the reader find relevant information quickly.

Knightsbridge ordered their first patch of A5 triplicate carbonless books with invoice number. We took care of both the design and printing.We design and print invoice books of various sizes in small and large quantity.

An established pool and spa retailer in Mornington, regularly order their A4 50 pages triplicate invoice book through us. We custom design and set up their invoice book as per request. They prefer to have their book without page number, as it can be a headache if one of the books were to go missing.

Being in the building industry and always on the road rather than in front of the computer, this book is used to write tax invoice, contraction variation, purchase order and a quotation. They simply have check boxes to state what the page is for e.g. tax invoice or contract variation etc.
